  • Operate laboratory and pilot-scale equipment.
  • Collect, analyse, and document experimental data.
  • Support equipment commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain laboratory records and follow health and safety procedures.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
  • Interest in pilot plant operations, manufacturing, or construction materials.
  • Practical laboratory or engineering project experience.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to undertake hands-on engineering work.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience with pilot plants or process equipment.
  • Knowledge of concrete, cement, or construction materials.
  • Experience with laboratory testing and data analysis.
  • Understanding of carbon capture or sustainable construction technologies.

What We Offer

  • Hands-on experience with an innovative climate technology.
  • Involvement in pilot plant operation and technology scale-up.
