Role: Regional Sales Operations Manager – EU
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of approximately 10 Sales Operations Employees throughout Europe including Switzerland, the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands.
- Drive projects involving multiple departments such as operations, sales, finance, and IT, ensuring successful completion.
- Prepare and present customer executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, charts, and data analysis for internal and external stakeholders.
- Build management reporting packages covering inventory levels, order management, and delivery analytics.
- Drive monthly forecasting for orders, revenue, and inventory development.
- Manage company inventories, including onsite consignment and standard products for quick sale.
- Maintain and execute inventory processes to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage inventories to ensure accurate levels and KPIs, maintaining supply continuity.
- Lead customer service teams to ensure accurate order management and positive customer experiences.
- Act as the main escalation point for major delivery and order issues, collaborating with global VAT facilities.
- Coordinate capacity planning and resource availability with manufacturing, purchasing, and business units.
- Lead operations and logistics projects domestically and internationally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Experience in operations, order, and inventory management, including team leadership.
- Background in sales and distribution with a focus on inventory controls.
- Experience in process engineering and continuous improvement.
- Hands-on problem-solving approach.
- Strong desire for process improvements and project management.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report development.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Fluent in English and German.
