Role Overview
We are seeking ambitious and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to expand our global reach. This role is entirely commission-based, offering high earning potential to individuals who are passionate about sales, exports, and international business.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
- Promote Vasundhara Overseas’ products (jaggery, makhana, rice) to target markets.
- Generate sales leads through networking, online platforms, and direct outreach.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and close export deals.
- Coordinate with our operations team for order fulfillment.
Commission Structure
Commission: 1% – 3% of the invoice value (varies based on shipment value).
Examples in USD:
- If a shipment is worth $10,000, commission at 2% = $200.
- If a shipment is worth $50,000, commission at 1.5% = $750.
- If a shipment is worth $100,000, commission at 1% = $1,000.
Commission will be paid only after the full payment is received from the client.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Students and freshers with strong communication skills and interest in international business are also welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, exports, or FMCG/agri products will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
