We are working with an elite US law firm on a position within their Capital Markets practice in London. The practice advises issuers, sponsors and major investment banks across the full spectrum of debt and equity capital markets, spanning SEC‑registered offerings, Rule 144A/Reg S transactions, IPOs, liability management and ongoing disclosure obligations.
The team has a well‑established debt capability and is actively building out its equity practice, creating real breadth of work for associates across both product lines. This would suit a Capital Markets associate with solid debt or equity experience looking to work across both within a high‑calibre, growth‑phase US platform.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 2023 or 2024 Qualified in capital markets, with debt and/or equity experience
- Exposure to SEC‑registered, Rule 144A or Reg S offerings
- Qualified in England & Wales and New York qualification also of interest
- Background at a leading City, international or US law firm
