Senior Trademark Senior Associate / Trade Mark Attorney - 5 - 9 PQE+
We are working with a leading international law firm on a unique Senior Trademark Attorney / Senior Associate opportunity within their London Trademarks & Brand Protection team.
This role will be working very closely with a recent partner hire. The successful candidate will work directly alongside this partner from the outset, playing a key role in growing the team and its client base. The role covers the full spectrum of trademark and design portfolio work, including clearance and filing strategy, international prosecution, portfolio management, and contentious proceedings before the UKIPO and the Appointed Person, as well as advising on non-traditional marks, certification marks and geographical indications. Clients span technology and telecommunications, retail and luxury goods, sport, food and beverage, life sciences and education, giving the successful candidate genuine breadth and high-quality, brand-led work from day one.

Salary - £160,000-£190,000, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus
