We’re working with a leading UK law firm to find a talented Associate (1–3 PQE) to join their high-performing Structured Finance team in London. This is a top opportunity for a lawyer with strong technical ability and ambition to join one of the most respected finance practices in the market.
Role
You’ll be part of a specialist structured finance team, working on complex, high-value transactions for an impressive client base. The team operates within the wider finance group and is known for advising on innovative and often market-shaping deals. Work may include:
- Loan portfolio sales and securitisations
- RMBS and other asset-backed securities transactions
- Bond programmes
- Warehouse financings
- And more
Requirements:
- 1–3 years’ post-qualification experience (England & Wales or common law qualified)
- Experience in structured finance from a recognised law firm
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- A collaborative approach and ambition to grow within a top-tier team
