Structured Finance and Derivatives Associate (2-5 PQE) | Bristol
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their Structured Finance and Derivatives team in their Bristol office. The position is for a 2-5 PQE Associate.
You will be working on a broad range of structured finance and derivatives matters, covering structured debt products across a wide range of asset classes, exchange traded product platforms, and strategic equity transactions in both loan and derivative format, together with the related regulatory advice.
The team acts for major financial institutions globally, including investment banks, asset managers and other financial services firms. The Bristol office is fully integrated with the London practice and works exclusively on London and international matters.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 2-5 years PQE in structured finance, derivatives or debt capital markets at a leading City, national or international law firm
- Exposure to structured finance or derivatives
- England & Wales qualification
