A Legal 500 recognised firm is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 2 PQE Solicitor to join its growing Private Wealth & Tax team. The firm has been expanding steadily in recent years and is building an excellent reputation in the market for the quality of its work and its modern approach. The Role
You will join a dynamic and fast-growing team advising a wide range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, often with international or offshore elements to their affairs. The work is varied and technical, offering excellent exposure to complex matters early in your career.
Your work will include advising on:
- UK tax matters for both UK and non-UK individuals
- Drafting simple and complex wills for domestic and international clients
- Trust creation and advisory work
- Probate and estate administration, including more complex estates
- Cross-border estate planning where relevant
Requirements:
- Newly Qualified to 2 years’ PQE in Private Client / Private Wealth
- Experience advising individuals, ideally including high-net-worth clients
- Exposure to wills, probate and trusts work
- An interest in tax and international private wealth planning
- Strong academics and attention to detail
- A motivated and proactive approach to developing your career
