This leading Legal 500 City based firm is seeking a Real Estates Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join its established Real Estate Disputes team, handling a broad range of complex commercial and residential property matters for an impressive client base of developers, investors, businesses and private individuals.

The Real Estate Disputes team is recognised for handling a broad spectrum of contentious property matters, advising clients on both commercial and residential disputes. The team is known for delivering strategic, commercially focused advice and achieving practical outcomes across a wide variety of complex and high-value matters. The practice advises on:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, possession proceedings
- Restrictive covenants, easements, rights of light matters
- Boundary disputes and development-related conflicts
- Disputes arising from property transactions, development agreements and overage arrangements
We are looking to speak with Real Estate Disputes Solicitors with minimum 5 PQE, who are looking to join a growing department offering high-quality work, strong client exposure and genuine long-term career progression. You will manage a varied and high-quality caseload of contentious property matters, including:
- Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes
- Lease renewals, forfeiture and possession proceedings
- Dilapidations and service charge disputes
- Restrictive covenant, easement and rights of light matters
- Boundary and title disputes
- Development-related property disputes
- Overage and contractual property disputes
- Property-related professional negligence matters
- Alternative dispute resolution, court proceedings and enforcement actions
You will take ownership of your own matters while working closely with partners and senior colleagues on more complex disputes. The role offers significant client contact, business development opportunities and the chance to play a key role in the continued growth and success of the team.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with minimum 5+ years' PQE
- Strong experience handling a broad range of commercial and residential property disputes
- Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness
- Strong client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage matters autonomously while working collaboratively within a team
- Interest in business development and contributing to team growth
