We are working closely with a highly tiered Legal 500 law firm seeking a Senior Employment Associate (5+ PQE) to join their market leading team, based out of their City of London office.
About the Firm: We are currently supporting the growth of this leading UK law firm's employment team. This firm is modern, innovative and provides a first-rate environment for all their employees.
We are looking for a UK qualified lawyer with at least 5 PQE and experience in both contentious and advisory employment law. You will be joining a strong technical and commercial team.
This growing employment team advise on the full range of employment law and HR issues for a variety of clients including charities, social enterprises, corporates and senior executives. You will be focusing on:
- Discrimination complaints
- Whistleblowing concerns
- Grievance and disciplinary matters
- TUPE and redundancy processes
- Safeguarding employment issues
They pride themselves on their culture and providing a great work life balance in an adult working environment. You will only be required to be in the office 2 days every week.
We are looking to speak with:
- England & Wales qualified Lawyers with 5+ PQE
- Training from a leading law firm
- Passionate about employment law and delivering a high level of service
Remuneration – Up to £105K+ (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits.
