We are working with a leading national law firm on positions within their highly regarded Construction team in their Leeds Office. These Senior Associate positions provide strong progression opportunities. The team would like senior lawyers to work closely with the Partners and to have a high level of technical ability.
Contentious matters: Work on a wide range of high-profile and high-value construction projects, including construction disputes, adjudications, arbitration, and litigation.
Non-contentious matters: Advise contractors, developers, clients, and public sector bodies on contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, project delivery, and collaborative construction agreements. The work spans commercial, residential, infrastructure, and public sector projects, offering exposure to a diverse range of matters across the construction sector. The team are also open to individuals with experience advising on just contentious or non-contentious matters.
These positions are ideally suited to individuals with 4+ years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales) and experience with another leading firm in construction law or a strong regional practice. You will have high levels of partner contact within a collaborative and supportive practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the region.
Salary: £75k-95k
