Restructuring Lawyer (Elite UK/US Firms)

Restructuring Associate – 1-4 PQE, US law firm

We are working with leading/elite UK and US law firms and their highly regarded Restructuring teams who are looking to add Associates with a backgrounds and training from leading City law firms.

On a broad basis, these opportunities sit within teams that span a range of sectors with enviable client bases. For both debtor and creditor work, these Restructuring teams have leading and long-established reputations for the quality of their work. We would be glad to discuss on an individual basis, but the work is often cross-border spanning primarily consensual restructuring and insolvency matters, counting clients such as financial services institutions, corporates, liquidators, administrators and more.

We advise the leading UK & US law firms in London on recruitment at Associate level. Timing can be very important with career moves, so if you are in the Restructuring space with a background at a leading law firm, we would be very interested in a confidential conversation.

Salary – c.£160k-240k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
