The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to build a strong foundation in a high-quality residential property practice, gaining exposure to premium transactions and developing client-facing experience from an early stage.
You will handle a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold residential properties
• Re-mortgages and secured lending transactions
• Transfers of equity
• Lease extensions
• Exposure to higher-value transactions and investor-led instructions where appropriate
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, receiving structured supervision and training , whilst gradually taking on increasing responsibility for your own caseload.
The role offers strong exposure to repeat clients, introducer-led work and high-quality residential instructions , alongside clear progression opportunities as the team continues to grow.
You will also be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and contribute to the continued success of the department.
Requirements
• NQ–2 PQE Residential Property Solicitor
• Experience in residential conveyancing within a reputable practice or training seat
• Strong technical ability with excellent attention to detail
• Confident working under supervision with increasing autonomy
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple matters effectively
• Ambitious and keen to develop within a growing West End environment
