Real Estate Finance Associate (1-2PQE)
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Real Estate Finance offering in the City of London office. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of high-profile and high-value cross-border financings, within a team that is recognised globally.
This finance team advises a mix of banks, funds, sponsors and developers on complex property-related lending across both domestic and European markets. The group\’s work spans senior and mezzanine debt facilities, investment and development loans, cross-border portfolio financings, and restructurings involving distressed property debt.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 1-2 years of post-qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London within Real Estate Finance)
- Experience with another leading City of London law firm
You will have high levels of partner contact within a collaborative and supportive practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. In addition, you will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus package.
Salary:
£140,000-£170,000 (+bonus and benefits)
