We are working with a highly regarded US law firm on an associate position within their Private Equity practice in London. The group operates as a fully integrated platform across the complete spectrum of sponsor-side matters, including: leveraged buyouts, structured equity investments, cross-border M&A, joint ventures and carve-outs, with particular strength across financial services, technology and infrastructure.

The team acts for a broad range of global PE sponsors on high-value and complex transactions, regularly operating at the large-cap end of the market. This is a strong opportunity for a PE associate to join a well-regarded team at a busy and impressive US firm.

This position is ideally suited to an individual with:

  • 1-4 years PQE in private equity or corporate M&A
  • Experience advising private equity sponsors on buyouts, structured equity, joint ventures and/or cross-border transactions
  • Background at a leading City, international or US law firm
