Private Equity Senior Associate / Counsel 5+ PQE
We are working with a Global firm on a position within their Private Equity team in the London office.
The team is anticipating a busy 2025 and has invested significantly in their Private Equity team over the last couple of years, as well as in numerous practice areas that aid PE growth.
The team advises PE firms on various transactions, which include venture investments, buy-and-build transactions, mid-market and large leveraged buyouts, and public-to-private deals with US, UK, and European PE firms.
Additionally, they advise fund managers on multi-jurisdictional fundraisings. Industries include financial services, real estate, technology, hospitality, and fashion.
Company: This leading Global law firm operates throughout the Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific.
