We are working with a top international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Private Equity team in the London office. This is a rare opportunity to join a practice consistently ranked as the market leader for high-end private equity transactions, advising on some of the most complex and high-profile deals globally.
The team acts for an unrivalled client base of major private equity houses, alternative asset managers, and portfolio companies. Their work spans leveraged buyouts, growth and minority investments, secondary transactions, co-investments, and strategic exits, often with a significant cross-border element. Associates are given early responsibility and exposure to headline-grabbing transactions.
This position is ideally suited to an associate with some experience in Private Equity or Corporate / M&A matters who is eager to develop their career within the most sophisticated PE practice in the market.
