This leading UK law firm is looking for a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its highly tiered Legal 500 Real Estate team in their Bristol office. The Role

The firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join its growing Bristol office. You will be joining a well-established and growing team acting on a wide variety of commercial property transactions. The role offers exposure to high-quality work and the opportunity to build relationships with an impressive client base across a range of sectors.

In this role you will be involved in:

  • Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
  • Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, renewals and portfolio management
  • Property aspects of corporate transactions
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • Asset management work for a diverse range of clients
  • High-quality work with nationally recognised clients
  • Supporting senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions while developing your own caseload

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ PQE
  • Good technical knowledge of commercial real estate matters
  • Experience managing transactions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A commercial and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
