An opportunity has arisen to join this national Top 50 firm. They have a well-established highly regarded corporate team advising a wide range of clients, from entrepreneurs and high-growth businesses through to financial institutions and listed companies.

This role can be based out either their Bristol or Oxford offices.

This leading department is looking to hire an experienced Corporate Managing Associate (6+ PQE) who is comfortable running matters with a good degree of autonomy. You’ll be involved in complex, interesting work from day one and trusted with direct client contact.

There is real encouragement to build your own profile, develop client relationships and play an active role in business development, with the support and backing of a collaborative senior team. The team handles the full spectrum of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity, joint ventures, restructurings, governance and shareholder arrangements.

The corporate team is large and genuinely supportive. Lawyers work closely across offices and work life balance is actively encouraged with a good level of flexibility. Some partners work part time, and they offer excellent benefits including 6 month paternity leave and an 8% pension.

You’ll be a Corporate Solicitor (circa 6 PQE) with strong technical ability and sound commercial judgement. Ambitious solicitors with less PQE are also encouraged to apply.

You’ll enjoy working directly with clients, managing your own caseload and contributing to a team environment that values collaboration.
