Corporate Tax Senior Associate 5+ PQE | London
We are working with a highly regarded law firm on a position within their Corporate Tax practice in London. This is a strong opportunity to join a growing, well-regarded tax team at senior level, working closely with the practice heads on a broad and varied corporate tax caseload.
The team is ranked for Corporate Tax in Legal 500. The practice spans the tax aspects of M&A, financing and licensing transactions, corporate structuring and reorganisations, SEIS/EIS and VCT qualifying company work, university spin-outs, and a well-established real estate tax practice covering SDLT, VAT and the Construction Industry Scheme.
This position would suit a candidate with:
- 5+ years of post-qualified experience in corporate tax, with some flexibility for the right candidate
- A transactional and advisory tax practice with experience across M&A, real estate tax, or corporate structuring matters
- Strong academic background and technical ability
- An interest in working with tech, life sciences or growth-stage clients, and appetite to take on client-facing and supervisory responsibility as the team grows
