We are working with a Leading International law firm on an associate position within their Transactional Tax practice in London. The team advises major corporates, private equity sponsors and institutional investors on complex, high-value cross-border transactions, spanning public and private M&A, fund structuring, joint ventures, demergers, capital markets and restructurings across a broad range of sectors and geographies.
This is a strong opportunity for a transactional tax associate to join one of London's pre-eminent firms on high-quality, complex work.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 2-5 years PQE in transactional tax
- Experience across M&A, PE transactions and/or cross-border structuring
- Background at a leading City, international or US law firm
