Structured Products Senior Associate / Counsel (5-10+ PQE)
We are working with a leading international law firm on a Structured Products Senior Associate opportunity within their highly regarded London Derivatives & Structured Products team. The position is suited to a 5 – 8 year PQE Associate.
This role will involve advising major financial institutions, issuers and arrangers on a broad range of structured products matters, including the development and execution of complex cross‑border transactions. The team is recognised for its expertise across a variety of asset classes and regularly advises on innovative and market‑leading products. You will be part of the structured products dedicated team, which is part of the wider derivatives function, however undertaking matters away from buy‑side/sell‑side derivatives matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners on sophisticated transactional matters, regulatory issues and product development work. The position would suit an ambitious senior associate looking for high levels of responsibility, direct client exposure and a clear progression path within a growing and well-established practice. This would also suit an established senior associate who is looking to move into a counsel position with a clear route to Partnership

Salary - £160,000-£190,000, plus bonus
