We are working with a leading UK law firm on a position within their highly regarded Structured Finance practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded team advising on complex, high-value structured finance transactions for an impressive client base.
The team advises across the full spectrum of structured finance work including securitisations, asset-backed finance, covered bonds, CLOs and related capital markets transactions, acting for arrangers, originators, issuers and investors across a broad range of asset classes and sectors.
