We are working closely with both top international (UK) law firms and prominent US law firms in London senior opportunities within the Special Situations/Restructuring/Finance space.
This team advises major financial institutions, funds, sponsors and corporates on complex cross‑border lending matters, including distressed and special situations, leveraged finance, structured lending, and recapitalisations. They are involved in some of the most sophisticated mandates in the market, with a strong reputation for technical excellence and commercial execution.
The firm is seeking a Senior Associate with significant experience in lending, restructuring or distressed credit. You will have led on complex transactions, built strong client relationships and be looking to develop your practice further within a dynamic, collaborative and high‑performing team.
