We are working with several leading US law firms in London on active opportunities for Restructuring Associates at the 1–4 PQE level. These positions offer exposure to some of the most complex and high‐profile restructuring mandates in the market, advising on cross‐border transactions for major financial institutions, funds, and corporates. The work includes distressed M&A, creditor and debtor restructurings, insolvency processes, and special situations, often involving multi‐jurisdictional elements and large deal values.
Each team provides a different dynamic. Some offer smaller, highly integrated environments with immediate responsibility and client contact, while others provide the scale and structure of large international practices.
