We are working with a leading international law firm on an associate hire within its highly regarded REF practice in the City of London. The team is consistently recognised at the top of the market directories and acts for an impressive client base spanning major banks, credit funds, asset managers, institutional lenders and high-profile sponsors and developers.
The practice covers a broad range of financing structures and asset classes, from investment and development finance through to structured and capital markets‑linked transactions, with significant cross‑border and pan‑European deal flow. Associates at this level take on genuine responsibility: leading on documentation, managing transactions, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to client relationships and business development.

The Candidate
