The team advises banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a full range of leveraged finance transactions. Their work includes:
- Acquisition finance
- Refinancing
- Recapitalisations
- Covenant‑light facilities
- Unitranche and second‑lien structures
- Cross‑border lending
- Sponsor‑backed deals
Associates also gain exposure to the full lifecycle of deals, including negotiation and documentation of complex financing arrangements, intercreditor agreements, and regulatory compliance matters. This role is ideally suited to an associate with strong transactional experience in banking or leveraged finance who is looking to work on sophisticated, market‑leading deals.
