We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 1 – 4 year PQE Associate.
You will be working on a range of work for creditors and debtors funding acquisitions; working across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be working on Leveraged Financings, investment‑grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe.
