Fund Finance Associate (1-5 PQE) | Leading City Law Firm | London
We are working with a highly regarded City law firm on a junior to mid-level associate hire within its fund finance team in London. The team is consistently recognised as one of the strongest in the market and is well known for the calibre and depth of its fund finance expertise.
The practice advises banks, alternative lenders, credit funds and asset managers on a broad range of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV financing, hybrid facilities and other bespoke fund-level financing structures. It has a strong presence in the private credit space and is recognised for combining technical rigour with commercial, practical advice on complex, often cross-border mandates.
Associates at this level take a meaningful role in transaction execution, document drafting and client management, working closely with highly regarded partners on some of the most interesting fund finance mandates in the market.
The Candidate
- 1-5years' PQE in fund finance, banking or a related finance discipline
- Experience gained at a respected City or international law firm
- Qualified in England & Wales (international qualifications considered)
