Leveraged Finance Associate (4+ PQE)

We are working with a leading and global law firm on sourcing an Associate for their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team, within their London office. The position is for 4+ year PQE Associates. Sitting within a wider finance offering but specialising in leveraged finance, the work will include complex and high-value financing transactions that are often cross-jurisdictional in nature. You will receive industry-leading training and Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus. This team are in search of:

• 4+ PQELawyers – England & Wales or common jurisdiction qualified
• Training from a leading law firm
• Leveraged Financing experience essential.
