We are working with a leading international law firm on a Leveraged Finance Associate opportunity within their highly regarded London Finance team. The position is suited to a 3 – 6 year PQE Associate. This role will involve advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including acquisition financings, refinancings, restructurings and cross‑border financing matters.

The team is recognised for handling complex and high‑value transactions for a market‑leading client base. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on sophisticated domestic and international matters, while benefiting from significant client exposure and responsibility from an early stage.

This position would suit an ambitious finance lawyer looking to join a collaborative and fast‑paced team with a strong deal flow and clear progression opportunities.
