We are working with a leading international law firm on a high-profile opportunity within their Leveraged Finance practice in London. This is a rare chance to join a dynamic team at the forefront of complex, high-value financing transactions across the UK and European markets.
The team advises banks, alternative lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers on a full range of leveraged finance transactions. Their work includes acquisition finance, refinancing, recapitalisations, covenant‑light facilities, unitranche and second‑lien structures, as well as cross‑border lending and sponsor‑backed deals.
Associates also gain exposure to the full lifecycle of deals, including negotiation and documentation of complex financing arrangements, intercreditor agreements, and regulatory compliance matters. This role is ideally suited to an associate with strong transactional experience in banking or leveraged finance who is looking to work on sophisticated, market‑leading deals.
The successful candidate will be expected to manage workstreams, take ownership of client relationships under partner supervision, and mentor junior team members. Experience advising on cross‑border or private equity‑backed transactions will be advantageous.
