We are working with a leading UK commercial law firm on an exciting opportunity within their highly regarded Employment team in Leeds. The team advises a broad range of clients, including national and international businesses, financial institutions, and public sector organisations, on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Their work spans contentious and non‑contentious issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, TUPE, restructuring and redundancy processes, as well as executive terminations and Employment Tribunal litigation. Associates will also support on strategic advisory projects such as workforce planning, compliance, and HR policy development.

This role is ideally suited to a Senior Lawyer looking for a clear path to management responsibilities. The firm can offer a great deal of flexibility.
