Structured Finance Lawyer (Associate 1 – 3 PQE)

We are working with a leading and global law firm on sourcing an Associate for their highly regarded Structured Finance team, within their London office. The position is for a Lawyer with 1 – 3 years PQE experience.

Sitting within a wider finance offering but specialising in structured finance, the work will include complex and high-value financings for a top quality and established client base.

The work may include loan portfolio sales and securitisations, mortgage-backed securities transactions, bond programmes, warehouse financings and more.

You will receive industry-leading training and Partner contact within a highly commended practice, which boasts leading lawyers across the globe. As well as this, you will receive a market-leading salary and bonus.

This team are in search of:

• 1-3 PQE Lawyers – England & Wales or common jurisdiction qualified.
• Training from a leading law firm
• Structured Financing experience essential.
