Investment Funds Associate (4+ PQE), Middle East, Top International Law Firm
We have a new position with a leading international law firm, joining their highly regarded investment funds team in the Middle East.
The team advises on a broad range of sponsor, investor and advisory mandates, including fund structuring and establishment, co-investments, separately managed accounts and secondaries. Clients include sovereign wealth funds, institutional investors and major corporate groups across the region.
This is an opportunity to join a growing practice in a strategically important market, with exposure to all major matters and close work with the wider global funds network.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 4+ years PQE in investment funds (or overseas equivalent)
- Experience on sponsor-side and/or investor-side fund mandates
- Background at a leading international or US law firm
- Will look at Aus and US Qual lawyers also
