Funds Senior Associate/Legal Director – 4-10 PQE
We are working with a leading Funds team, highly ranked in legal directories, in supporting the hiring efforts of the firm’s leading London office.
This team advises fund managers, executives, and investors on both transactional and advisory work across all fund sectors (retail, private, listed). With leading individuals and ranked ILFR1000 lawyers within this team, you will support fund managers undertaking fundraisings, IPOs, and restructuring measures in addition to secondary solutions.
Further to this, you will advise funds looking to list on the LSE’s Main Market and Specialist Fund Segment (SFS).
You will have the opportunity to work within a high-calibre environment, working closely with the Partners and Seniors in the team, as well as supporting in the managing and training of more junior colleagues.
With this particular opportunity, someone with experience acting for both GP and LP clients would be desirable.
