We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Funds team in the London office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a practice that is consistently ranked for its expertise in private funds and investment management, working on a diverse and high-quality range of matters.
The team advises an impressive client base including private equity houses, asset managers, institutional investors, and sovereign wealth funds. Their work spans private equity, real estate, infrastructure, credit, and venture funds, as well as secondaries, co-investments, and related structuring. Prior experience across all of these areas is not essential.
This position is well-suited to an individual with some experience in funds, investment management, or corporate transactional matters who is eager to broaden their expertise in a dynamic and growing practice. You will benefit from strong partner exposure, excellent training, and the opportunity to work on both UK and international mandates.
