A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate to join its highly regarded Energy & Infrastructure practice in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, high-profile and award-winning project development and project finance transactions across the Middle East and globally.
The team advises governments, sponsors, lenders and contractors across a broad range of sectors including oil & gas, LNG, power (thermal, renewables and nuclear), water, waste, mining and major transport infrastructure projects. Work spans the full project lifecycle, from development and equity arrangements through to construction contracts and complex finance documentation, including Islamic finance structures.
The role will involve working closely with a partner on major project finance and PPP matters and offers a high level of autonomy and responsibility.

- 1-3 years’ PQE gained at a leading international law firm
- Strong project finance / PPP experience and familiarity with commercial contracts
- Experience with Low Market Association (LMA)-based finance documentation, including Islamic finance
- Fluency in English (Arabic advantageous but not essential)
Salary: $220,000USD - $300,000USD
