Senior Employment Associate 4-7 PQE | Leading, Global Law Firm | London

We are working with a leading Global UK law firm on a senior associate position within their highly regarded Employment practice in London. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the most prestigious employment teams in the City, advising major international corporates and financial institutions on their most complex and strategically significant employment matters.

The team advises across the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment work, including senior executive appointments and exits, boardroom disputes, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, restrictive covenant and team move litigation, TUPE and business reorganisations, and the employment aspects of large-scale corporate transactions. Much of the work has a significant cross-border element, drawing on the firm's global network.

This position would suit a candidate with:

• 4 to 7 years of post-qualified experience in employment law at a leading City or international law firm
• A strong mix of contentious and advisory employment experience
• Experience advising sophisticated corporate or financial institution clients
• Strong academic background and the ability to take on a high level of responsibility
