Job Description
A leading Top 100 law firm is looking for an Employment Partner to join their market leading team, dealing with mainly respondent work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' PQE with a solid background.

The dpeartment houses Legal 500 & Chambers ranked solicitors and they work with a varied and exciting clientele. They work across various sectors including but not limited to, tech, real estate, consumer, retail, media, energy, private equity and more.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including:
- TUPE
- Discrimination
- Redundancy
- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Employment contracts
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Help develop and grow the employment team
- Manage and supervise junior lawyers
Qualifications:
- Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- At least 8 years' PQE in a top law firm
