We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their highly regarded Employment practice in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to join a globally recognised team advising on the full spectrum of employment matters for major domestic and international clients.
This Senior Associate role offers clear progression and the chance to work closely with market‑leading partners in a collaborative and high‑performing environment. The team is known for its technical excellence and its ability to advise on complex, strategic and often cross‑border employment issues.
The practice advises multinational corporates, financial institutions and major investors across sectors including financial services, technology, energy, and life sciences. The work includes large‑scale employment advisory mandates, high‑value disputes, sensitive investigations, executive terminations, remuneration and incentive structuring, and the employment aspects of major corporate and commercial transactions. The group also regularly supports clients on regulatory change, industrial relations and diversity & inclusion matters.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 3+ years’ post‑qualified experience (England & Wales or foreign qualified with experience gained in London within Employment law)
- Experience at a leading City or international law firm advising on both contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
You will enjoy significant partner contact within a globally integrated and supportive team that works on some of the most interesting and high‑profile employment law issues in the market. In addition, you will benefit from a competitive salary and bonus package.
Salary: ÂŁ170k-ÂŁ220k (+ bonus and benefits)
