We’re working closely with a leading law firm on a fantastic opportunity within their top-ranked Employment team in London. This firm has a large dedicated employment law practice, having attracted Lawyers coming from a range of backgrounds, including large City law firms. They act across the board, from senior individuals and fast-growth businesses to major corporates and financial institutions.
The team is known for handling complex, high-stakes employment matters, including whistleblowing, discrimination, board-level disputes, restrictive covenants, and employment litigation. They also advise employers on day-to-day HR and strategic issues, often with a cross-practice approach involving pensions, corporate, and immigration colleagues.
This is an ideal opportunity for a 1+ PQE Employment Associate looking for a step up in exposure and quality of work, within a team that values autonomy, development, and balance. The culture is friendly and entrepreneurial, with many of the lawyers having trained at top international firms before moving for more flexibility and greater involvement.
