Derivatives and Structured Finance Senior Associate (6+ PQE) | London
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their Structured Finance and Derivatives team in their London office. The position is for a 6+ PQE Senior Associate.
You will be working on a broad range of derivatives and structured finance matters, covering structured debt products across a wide range of asset classes, exchange traded product platforms, and strategic equity transactions in both loan and derivative format, together with the related regulatory advice. The team also has a growing digital assets practice.
The team acts for major financial institutions globally, including investment banks, asset managers and other financial services firms, on high-value, complex and often cross-border transactions.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 6+ years PQE in derivatives or structured finance at a leading City, national or international law firm
- Buy-side experience, or an interest in digital assets, would be an advantage
- England & Wales qualification
