Derivatives and Structured Products Associate (1-3 PQE) | London
We are working with a leading international law firm on a position within their Derivatives and Structured Products team in their London office. The position is for a 1-3 PQE Associate.
You will be working on a broad range of derivatives and structured products matters, including setting up and updating structured products programmes, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging on structured finance deals, structured repo and securities lending, and repackagings.
The team acts for financial institutions, corporates, asset managers and funds on international matters across a range of asset classes, with particular strength in retail structured products.
This position is ideally suited to an individual with:
- 1-3 years PQE in derivatives, structured products or debt capital markets at a leading City, US or international law firm
- Experience of programme work, OTC derivatives or repackagings would be an advantage
- England & Wales qualification
