We are working with a US law firm on a position within their Corporate Tax team in their London office, focusing on the Taxation of Private Funds. You will be part of a team that works on a broad range of Taxation on a full spectrum of private funds, including private equity, venture capital, infrastructure, real estate and credit, and the management teams of private funds, including in relation to carried interest and co-investment structuring and management buy-outs/spin-outs.

Aron also advises fund managers and large cornerstone investors on GP-stake transactions and GP-led secondaries and fund restructurings.

Although headquartered in the US, they boast one of the largest London presences of any of the US firms in London. Formidable Corporate, Banking, Private Equity and Capital Markets are the highlights of the London office and with future growth on the horizon, you will be given every opportunity to progress. You will have the opportunity to work with leading Financial Institutions and Blue Chip companies as well as innovative companies.

Salary - £275k - 380k depending on level and experience, as well as a competitive bonus.
