Corporate Tax Associate (3-5 PQE)
We are working with a leading law uk firm on a Corporate Tax Associate opportunity within their highly regarded London Tax team. The position is suited to a 3-5 year PQE Associate.
This role will involve advising corporate and asset management clients on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including private equity and M&A deals, fund structuring matters.
The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners across a varied caseload spanning deal-driven transactional tax, fund and asset manager taxation tax-related ESG work. This position would suit an associate looking to develop a broad corporate tax practice within one of the strongest and most collaborative teams of its kind in the London market.

Salary - £140,000-£160,000, plus a bonus
