We are working with a leading UK commercial law firm on an exciting opportunity within their highly regarded Corporate team in Leeds. This is a fantastic chance to join a forward-thinking, commercially driven firm with a strong reputation for advising on complex, high-value transactions.
The team advises a broad range of clients, including private and public companies, private equity houses, management teams, and investors, on a full spectrum of corporate matters. Their work spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, management buyouts and buy-ins, joint ventures, reorganisations, and general corporate advisory. The team is known for handling sophisticated, often multi-jurisdictional deals and working closely with clients from initial structuring through to completion.
This role is ideally suited to a Senior Associate/Principal Associate who is looking for a clear progression path and the opportunity to take on management responsibilities. As well as this, the firm can offer a high degree of flexibility.
