Corporate Real Estate Associate (2–5 PQE) – London
We’re supporting a global law firm with the hire of an Associate into its corporate real estate team in London. The practice is busy, well-integrated, and works with major institutional investors, funds and asset managers on a broad range of real estate-based corporate transactions.
The team advises on joint ventures, portfolio M&A, corporate structuring and strategic investments, often involving high-value UK and cross-border real estate platforms. You’ll work alongside senior lawyers with deep sector experience, gaining access to premium work and a supportive environment with a clear progression path.
What they’re looking for:
- 2–5 PQE with experience in corporate, real estate M&A
- Interest in working with asset managers, developers and institutional clients
- Good technical skills and a commercial, solutions-focused approach
Salary: £140,000 – £170,000 + bonus
