We’re supporting the growth of a leading international firm’s Corporate team in London, with a particular focus on the life sciences sector. This is an opportunity for a Senior Associate or Legal Director depending on PQE and experience to join a well-integrated, highly regarded group advising on complex and high-value transactions across the industry.
Role
You’ll work with a broad client base, including pharmaceutical, biotech, healthtech and medical device businesses ranging from emerging companies to global corporates. The team handles M&A, joint ventures, strategic collaborations and licensing, often involving cross-border elements. The practice has built a strong reputation through sector expertise and long-standing relationships. Lawyers are given a good level of responsibility, a route to progression, and access to high-quality international work.
Requirements
- 5-10 PQE in Corporate Law (UK or common law qualified)
- Sector experience in life sciences, healthtech or related fields
- Strong technical background with commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
Remuneration
£170,000 – £220,000 depending on level, plus bonus and benefits.
