A top-tier international law firm is seeking a senior non-contentious construction lawyer to lead its London Construction practice. This is a high-profile leadership role within a prestigious Real Estate and Projects group, offering the opportunity to shape and grow the team while maintaining involvement in complex, high-value matters.
The practice advises on major UK and international development, infrastructure, and engineering projects. Work includes:
- Drafting and negotiating complex construction contracts (including JCT, NEC and FIDIC)
- Project procurement strategies
- Development and forward-funding arrangements
- Professional appointments
- Collateral warranties
Clients include developers, institutional investors, contractors, consultants, and public-sector bodies. This role is particularly suitable for an individual with previous Partner experience or 12+ years PQE who is ready to take on a strategic leadership position, but within a smaller team servicing an existing work stream.
